For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, app user, or another individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy.

Depending on the context in which you provide personal information, WiseCues may act either as a data controller ("controller") or a data processor ("processor") under this policy. Specifically, when personal information is submitted to or collected through our services on behalf of our clients (such as when users interact with our chatbot or search functionalities on a client's website), WiseCues functions as a processor. Our role as a data processor is explained in detail in Section 11. In this capacity, we process data strictly at the direction of our clients, who are responsible for determining how the data is used.


To provide the Services, we collect and have collected over the past 12 months personal information about you from a variety of sources, as set out below. The information that we collect and use varies depending on how you interact with us.

We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information found on these sites. Information you provide on public or semi-public venues, including information you share on third-party social networking platforms may also be viewable by other users of the Services and/or users of those third-party platforms without limitation as to its use by us or by a third party. 8. Children's Data

Our Websites and Services are not intended for children under 13 years old. No one under age‬ 13 years old may provide any personal information to or on the Websites and Services.‬

We do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the contact details set out below to request that it be deleted.


As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

We may need to collect information from you to verify your identity, such as your email address or account information, before providing a substantive response to the request. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require that the agent provide proof you have authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us. 11. Our Role as a Data Processor for Client-Submitted Data

Our customers submit (or arrange for the submission of) data to our services for hosting, indexing, and other related processing purposes. We handle this data strictly in accordance with the agreements we have with our customers, such as the terms laid out in our Terms of Service. Further details about our privacy and security practices can be found in our security and compliance documentation.


Since our customers (or their online users) control the data being processed, our platform and services act as a conduit for that information. The personal information collected through our services is used only to fulfill the services requested by the customer.


Although we collect personal information related to customer personnel configuring the use of our services, we do not have a direct relationship with individuals whose data is processed or transmitted through our services by our customers or their users. Customers are responsible for complying with any applicable regulations that may require them to notify or obtain consent from individuals before transferring their data for processing.


We also collect personal data from individuals visiting our website and interacting with our services (“Visitors”) and from representatives of our customers, suppliers, and business partners (“Business Contacts”). This section applies specifically to data handled on behalf of our customers, while information related to Visitors and Business Contacts is governed by other parts of this Privacy Policy.


Our services collect personal data on behalf of our customers. As a processor of this data, our access to it is limited. If you are an individual whose personal information has been submitted to our services by a customer and you wish to limit its use or sharing, please contact the customer directly. If you have concerns about how your personal information is being handled within our services, you can report it through our acceptable use policy, and we will forward your request to the appropriate customer.


We are responsible for processing the personal information we receive and for any subsequent transfers to third-party service providers acting on our behalf. We may occasionally engage third-party providers, contractors, and sub-processors to help deliver our services.
